Bainbridge Street Town Home Renovation Project

We were approached by Stephen Wagner of Wagner Urban Development to stage a model home for their restoration and preservation project in Center City Philadelphia.  Built in the late 19th century the buildings were originally designed with commercial spaces on the street level with residential above.  The Victorian exteriors were restored and the interiors re-configured into 4 single family modern town homes.  Penthouses were added to the top of each unit bringing light through the center where custom floating steel staircases were constructed. 

Bruges Home’s esthetic of mixing old with new was the perfect compliment. The organic and natural finish to much of the furniture and decorative pieces used in this project were chosen to add warmth and contrast the modern interiors.
